The Voice Revamps: Simulcast, New Coaches & Biggest Elimination Ever!

The Voice is set for a major transformation starting with Season 30, which will be simulcast on Peacock for the first time. The long-running music competition series is scheduled to return to NBC on September 21, with a special three-night premiere following on September 22 and 23.

This season introduces Queen Latifah and Riley Green as new coaches, joining Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine. Viewers can anticipate a new 'first in button' for blind auditions and the show's most substantial elimination to date. Coaches will advance two artists directly to live shows, with five others competing for a single spot.

The live shows will feature six weeks of performances and themed episodes, including a tribute to Dolly Parton. Voting methods are also updated, allowing fans to cast their votes via TikTok and text. This overhaul precedes Season 31, which is already in development and will uniquely feature celebrities instead of undiscovered talent.
