His passing was confirmed by Stephanie Miller, host of "The Stephanie Miller Show," a syndicated radio program Ward co-hosted and announced for over a decade.
Ward's most notable television roles included voicing the wealthy entrepreneur Doug Dimmadome and the news reporter Chet Ubetcha on Nickelodeon's "The Fairly OddParents." His extensive career also encompassed a wide array of video game characters, such as Captain Qwark in the "Ratchet & Clank" franchise, as well as roles in "Grim Fandango," "Diablo III," and various "Star Wars" games.
