The online leak of Thalapathy Vijay's upcoming film, 'Jana Nayagan', has ignited strong reactions across the film fraternity. Superstar Rajinikanth described the incident as a moment of "shock and pain," urging authorities to identify and punish those responsible for the digital piracy. The veteran actor emphasized that such acts deeply harm the industry and must not be tolerated.

Several other prominent actors have voiced their dismay. Vishal lamented the immense effort and dedication "thrown down the drain." Suriya called the leak "heartbreaking and unfair," urging the public not to watch or share the pirated content. Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi expressed deep concern, highlighting cinema's reliance on trust and collective dreams, and called for protecting creative work.

Sivakarthikeyan also appealed to the public to wait for the theatrical release, stressing the passion and hard work of hundreds involved in filmmaking. The film's makers have issued a stern warning, confirming that illegal copies have been circulated and vowing to pursue strict civil and criminal proceedings against all offenders without exception.

'Jana Nayagan' is reportedly Vijay's farewell project. The film, directed by H. Vinoth, also features Pooja Hegde, Mamitha Baiju, Bobby Deol, and Priyamani. Notably, the film is still awaiting its CBFC certificate, adding another layer of pre-release uncertainty.
