Vietnam's Bee Entertainment is making a significant presence at Busan's Asian Contents & Film Market, presenting a robust slate of genre films and TV dramas. The company aims to leverage the growing success of Vietnamese cinema, which achieved over VND3 trillion ($114 million) in domestic box office revenue in 2025.
The slate features four films scheduled for 2027 releases. Headlining the offerings is the psychological horror "Arithmadtic," styled in the Dark Academia aesthetic, which stars Anh Thu and Lam Thanh My and is set for a January 2027 release. Other anticipated films include "The Step-Mother," directed by Tran Nhan Kien, and "Dealing With a Ghost," a horror romantic comedy.
Further diversifying its output, Bee Entertainment also presents three long-form TV dramas. "The Unrecognized Heir," an 80-episode family drama, has already garnered significant viewership. The slate also includes "A Deal With God," a 65-episode series blending family drama with fantasy, and "Destined to Find You," an 80-episode romance currently in post-production.
