Veteran television producer Rashad Raisani has signed a new overall deal with 20th Television, a part of Disney Television Studios. Under the multi-year agreement, Raisani will continue to write, develop and produce series for all of Disney's linear networks and streaming platforms, with a focus on projects across the company's entertainment division.
Raisani has been a key creative force behind the successful 9-1-1 franchise, serving as executive producer and co-showrunner on the spinoff series 9-1-1: Lone Star for its five-season run. He also spent three seasons on the original 9-1-1 series, including one as an executive producer. With the new pact, Raisani's tenure at the studio will cross the 10-year mark.
