The film, directed by Shashank Khaitan, earned around 6-7 crores on its second day, a regular working Friday, which saw a natural drop from the Dussehra/Gandhi Jayanti holiday the previous day.

The positive word-of-mouth suggests that Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is poised to beat the opening weekend collections of other recent romantic releases like Metro In Dino.
