Varanasi Restaurant Scares Child To Tears

A horror-themed restaurant in Varanasi is facing severe online backlash following a viral video depicting a child's distress caused by its scare tactics. Kankal Horror Restaurant, aiming for an immersive haunted dining experience, features a dark, fog-filled ambiance with macabre props.

However, the establishment's execution of its theme has been called into question. A video, initially shared by the restaurant's social media, shows a staff member in costume suddenly alarming diners. A particularly concerning moment captured the intense fear of a young boy who began crying, pleading with his father.

The clip's viral spread has ignited criticism regarding the restaurant's insensitivity and use of fear as a gimmick. Many online commenters expressed that while adult-oriented themed entertainment can be acceptable, deliberately frightening children to tears is unacceptable and crosses an ethical boundary.
