Former UFC flyweight queen Valentina Shevchenko has entered the spirits market with her own signature whiskey. Teaming up with California's Sespe Creek Distillery, Shevchenko is launching the Warbringer "Bullet Edition" Overproof Whiskey.
This limited release is bottled at a formidable 114 proof and boasts a unique mash bill. It features 65% mesquite-roasted Bloody Butcher red corn, 10% hand-roasted yellow corn, and 25% malted rye. The spirit is then finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, promising a bold and spicy flavor profile.
Master Distiller John Campbell collaborated closely with Shevchenko, noting her discerning palate. She personally selected a barrel with a rich, earthy, sweet, and smoky flavor profile, reminiscent of her upbringing in Kyrgyzstan and experiences cooking over open fire.
The Warbringer "Bullet Edition" is priced at $95 and is strictly limited to 170 bottles. It will be available starting November 3rd on the Warbringer online store and at select retailers across California, Texas, Arizona, and Colorado.
