Dumraon SDM Rakesh Kumar affirmed that comprehensive security, seating, and logistical arrangements are in place. The festival aims to honor Ustad Bismillah Khan, born in Dumraon on March 21, 1916, by providing a distinguished platform for both celebrated and local artists.
