Pawan Kalyan's latest film, 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh,' is projected for a slow start in North America, with disappointing pre-sale figures for its premiere shows. The film's advance bookings in the USA and Canada have concluded at $320K, with $291K originating from the USA, selling 12.8K tickets. This performance starkly contrasts with Pawan Kalyan's previous movie, 'OG,' which achieved a massive $2.57 million in North American pre-sales. 'Ustaad Bhagat Singh' registered 87.54% lower premiere pre-sales than 'OG.' Factors contributing to the subdued anticipation include the film reportedly being a remake of the Tamil hit 'Theri' and facing strong competition from 'Dhurandhar 2.' Despite these numbers, the Telugu action entertainer, directed by Harish Shankar, is scheduled for a full theatrical release on March 19. It stars Sreeleela, Raashii Khanna, R Parthiban, and Ashutosh Rana. The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar under Mythri Movie Makers banner.
