Universal Studios Florida will debut Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift, a new spinning roller coaster, following the closure of the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit in 2025. This highly anticipated attraction, themed to the blockbuster franchise, will feature cars that spin 360 degrees and reach a height of 170 feet, with a vertical spike extending towards CityWalk.
The park's current Fast & Furious: Supercharged ride is scheduled to cease operations in 2027, concluding its nine-season run. This screen-based attraction, which opened in 2018, takes guests on a journey involving FBI pursuits.
Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift joins a growing collection of intellectual property-themed rides at Universal Orlando Resort, including VelociCoaster, Harry Potter-themed attractions, and The Mummy coaster.
