- Stars Zoë Kravitz trapped during a hurricane.
- Launches on Netflix starting June 30.

A new interactive game titled Unhinged is set to debut on Netflix, developed by Night School, the studio behind Oxenfree. This title promises a unique gaming experience by integrating smartphone functionality directly into gameplay. Players will guide Zoë Kravitz's character, Ava, who finds herself isolated in her apartment building as a hurricane rages outside.
The core innovation lies in its control scheme. Unhinged utilizes the player's smartphone to mimic Ava's movements, allowing directional control of her flashlight. Furthermore, incoming calls and texts to Ava will be mirrored on the player's device, complete with ringing and vibration, significantly enhancing immersion.
Supporting cast members include Sadie Sink as Ava's friend Claire, offering assistance across the street, and Troy Baker as the building's superintendent. The game offers both a narrative-focused story mode and a timed challenge mode where failure results in game over. Netflix suggests Unhinged offers a playtime comparable to a TV episode. The game will be available on Netflix beginning June 30.
