Four Kids Defy Odds, Dig Well to Pursue Dreams in Heartwarming Film 'Kinaru'

As of November 15th, 2025, the heartwarming film 'Kinaru' has been making waves with its uplifting story of four children's unwavering determination to achieve their dreams. Directed by debutant Harikumaran, the film follows the lives of Pethappa, Mani, Saibol, and Salidappa, who are introduced playing joyfully in a well. However, their carefree moment is soon shattered when they are beaten for using the well, a harsh reality they face regularly.

Undeterred, the children set out to dig their own well, going to great lengths to earn money, even selling their cycles and attempting to steal.
