Netflix has announced that 'Under Paris 2' is officially in production in the south of France, following the success of the original French shark movie. Original cast members Bérénice Bejo and Nassim Lyes are returning for the high-risk mission to track down the original predator, Lilith, in the shark-infested Seine. Director Alexandre Aja, known for his work on "Piranha 3D," is taking the directorial reins from Xavier Gens, who remains involved as a co-writer and associate producer. "Under Paris" achieved significant success, becoming Netflix's most popular French film ever and the second most popular non-English film on the platform.
