The Udaipur World Music Festival is set to enchant audiences again from February 6 to 8, commemorating a decade of "music without borders." The official poster release marks the beginning of this significant edition, supported by the Rajasthan tourism department, HZL, and Seher. This festival has firmly established itself as a unique destination for music lovers in India.
This milestone year promises an extraordinary showcase, featuring renowned Indian artists alongside international performers from over 11 countries. More than 20 bands and upwards of 150 artists will grace the stages across the three days. The musical tapestry will weave together folk, fusion, contemporary, and experimental genres, ensuring a rich auditory experience.
Prominent Indian musicians like Kailash Kher and Kailasa Live, Amit Trivedi, and Jonita Gandhi will perform. They will be joined by artists from Spain, Africa, and Europe, some making their Indian debut. Performances set against Udaipur's scenic lakes and heritage sites transform the city into a dynamic cultural venue, with Seher founder Sanjeev Bhargava highlighting the festival's aim to create memorable musical moments deeply connected to the city's soul.
