A sprawling 51,000-square-foot Connecticut estate, once owned by boxing legend Mike Tyson and later by rapper 50 Cent, is back on the market. Tyson purchased the Farmington property for approximately $3 million in 1996. He sold it in 2003 for $4.1 million to Curtis Jackson, professionally known as 50 Cent.
During 50 Cent's ownership, the mansion served as a creative hub. Notably, he recorded his 2005 album 'The Massacre' within the estate's on-site recording studio. The property also featured extensive entertainment spaces like game rooms and a movie theatre.
In 2019, the estate was sold for $2.9 million to Casey and Shera Askar. They invested over $3 million in renovations, enhancing amenities such as a steam room, sauna, and a hair salon. The kitchen was upgraded with a commercial-grade setup, and a private nightclub named Club TKO was added.
