- Director Bill Condon recalls cast dance party on Breaking Dawn set
- Choreographed by Toni Trucks, MyAnna Buring, and Lee Pace

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the publication of Stephenie Meyer's Twilight, the first book in the wildly popular vampire romance series. To celebrate the franchise's two-decade milestone, the movies are returning to theaters later this month.
As the Twilight craze reignites, director Bill Condon has taken the opportunity to reminisce about his experience making the final installment of the saga, Breaking Dawn - Part 2. Condon, who is known for his love of musicals, recently shared a delightful behind-the-scenes story from the set.
While working on the "big battle" scene at the end of the film, Condon arrived one day to find the entire cast dancing to the Eurythmics' "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)." The impromptu dance party was orchestrated by co-stars Toni Trucks, MyAnna Buring, and Lee Pace, who had been secretly rehearsing for a week. This unexpected moment of levity on the tense set led to a full-on "West Side Story-type rumble" between the Cullen and Volturi clans.
Condon's fondness for musicals is well-documented - he wrote the movie versions of Chicago and The Greatest Showman, and directed the live-action Beauty and the Beast. So it's fitting that his Twilight collaborators would honor him in such a playful, musical way during the filming of the franchise's dramatic conclusion.
