Manya stated that Sreyas reached out with details about the new film, suggesting participation and raising the subject of "commitment." She recalled Sreyas saying, "There is commitment (adjustment)." Challenging the demand, Manya questioned its intent, responding, "What commitment? Why should I give commitment?" She made clear her refusal to comply with such requirements and expressed her lack of interest in the offer.

Following her rejection, Manya noted that Sreyas contacted her several more times, sending the location details of Dhanush's production house, Wunderbar Films, and even sharing a script, despite her earlier refusal.
