Donald Trump Jr. has officially purchased full ownership of the Florida mansion he once shared with ex-fiancée Kimberly Guilfoyle. A deed filed on Monday revealed that Trump Jr. paid $7.6 million to acquire Guilfoyle's share of the waterfront property.
The couple originally bought the expansive estate for $9.7 million in 2021. The residence spans over 11,000 square feet and includes six bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a pool, and a private dock.
Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle's engagement concluded in 2024. Trump Jr. has since remarried, wedding Palm Beach socialite Bettina Anderson in May. Guilfoyle has relocated, now serving as the U.S. ambassador to Greece.
