The prestigious Travel Photographer of the Year 2025 competition has unveiled its winners, showcasing stunning imagery from around the globe. Over 20,000 submissions from 160 countries vied for recognition across various categories.
This year's top honor, Travel Photographer of the Year 2025, was awarded to Athanasios Maloukos from Greece for his series exploring ritual, belief, and movement. His work includes images from the 'Yacente' Procession in Zamora, Spain.
Young talent was also highlighted, with Jamie Smart, aged 10 from the UK, named Young Travel Photographer of the Year. Naomi Cech, 11, from the Czech Republic, won in the 14 years and under category for her mushroom photography. Matei Mărăcineanu, a 15-year-old from Romania, excelled in the 15-18 age group.
