Toy Story 5 Digital Release: Your Pixar Favorites Arrive!

Toy Story 5 is now available for digital purchase on platforms such as Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV. This follows a highly successful theatrical run that surpassed one billion dollars globally. The film explores contemporary themes, including anxieties about technology's impact, through a new smart tablet toy character.

The latest installment in the beloved franchise features returning voice actors like Tom Hanks as Woody and Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear, alongside newcomers Conan O'Brien and Greta Lee. It also includes musical contributions from Taylor Swift and a cameo by Bad Bunny.

Disney has announced that physical media versions, including 4K, Blu-ray, and DVD, will be released on September 22. Special editions like a Steelbook Blu-ray and a complete five-movie box set will also be available. These physical releases will come with exclusive bonus features.

Digital release extras include music and lyric videos for Taylor Swift's song. While a Disney+ release date hasn't been confirmed, it is anticipated by late September or early October. Pixar's next project, Gatto, is scheduled for 2027.
