According to reports, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's divorce was officially finalized on November 12th, 2025, two years after their dramatic split. The former couple managed to reach an amicable agreement, putting their children first and finding a fair way to settle the divorce through mediation.
Under the terms of the settlement, Tori will keep full interest in most of her TV shows and non-scripted entertainment projects, including Beverly Hills, 90210, BH90210, and her podcast. She will also retain ownership of several upcoming projects, such as an untitled cookbook and cooking show, a potential renovation show, and a travel show.
Surprisingly, Tori and Dean have agreed to share joint legal custody of their 5 children, with no one paying child support. Instead, they will each cover the costs of the kids when they have custody. The only exception is that Tori will cover the lease payments for their daughter Stella's 2021 Bronco.
The exes will also share interest in some joint projects, like Tori & Dean in Love and their Cooking Channel specials. Both Tori and Dean have waived their right to spousal support, and they will split the costs of their shared debts, which amount to nearly $1 million in taxes and credit cards.
This unique and amicable divorce settlement showcases Tori and Dean's commitment to putting their family first and finding a fair solution, despite their dramatic split two years ago.
