Top Chef Season 23 is set to ignite the culinary world starting Monday, March 9, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Host Kristen Kish, with head judge Tom Colicchio and judge Gail Simmons, will lead the competition from Charlotte, North Carolina, extending to Greenville, South Carolina.
Early access to the premiere is available March 3 on Peacock and Bravo's YouTube. Following the premiere, episodes will air Mondays at 9:30 p.m., with next-day availability on Peacock. Each episode will be extended to 75 minutes.
This season features historic firsts: life partners co-owning a restaurant and identical twin brothers battling for the title. The grand prize includes $250,000, a Food & Wine magazine feature, and an Aspen Classic appearance.
