The crime thriller 'Fox Hunt,' featuring Tony Leung Chiu-wai, has successfully completed a series of international distribution agreements. These deals, managed by Cappu Films, include placements with Blacktop International for German-speaking territories, Dimeo Films for Poland, YouPlanet for Spain and Portugal, and Global Media Distribution for Latin America and the Caribbean. The film, directed by Leo Zhang, is inspired by real events and centers on Dai Yichen, a Shanghai financier who flees to Paris after a significant fraud.
Seven years later, Dai Yichen finds himself the subject of an international manhunt, pursued by economic crime investigator Ye Jun. The production boasts a cast including Olga Kurylenko and was produced by Shanghai Film Group and others. Filmed across China, Thailand, and France, 'Fox Hunt' combines action, crime, and drama elements. Further negotiations are ongoing at Hong Kong FilMart, with Cappu Films also presenting upcoming Jackie Chan projects.
