Hawk appeared in multiple scenes, including the ballet's opening number where a police officer chased him, and later in Act II during the trepak, showcasing impressive maneuvers. The collaboration, facilitated by an invitation from the ballet company, was designed to celebrate San Diego's unique community spirit. Artistic director Raúl Salamanca highlighted this as a moment where a skateboarding legend and a ballet company could create something extraordinary together.
