Tones and I, the acclaimed singer, has reportedly acquired a substantial rural estate valued at $6.4 million on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. The purchase, located in Tyabb, encompasses three adjoining properties, further solidifying her presence in the affluent 'Millionaire's Row' area.

The newly acquired estate features a primary homestead inspired by English country cottages, complete with decorative touches, timber finishes, a formal dining room, and extensive garden grounds with a pool and water slide. It also includes a home theatre and billiard room.

This latest investment adds to Tones and I's considerable real estate portfolio, which now includes several high-value properties across Victoria and New South Wales. The singer has previously invested millions in the Mornington Peninsula and Byron Bay.
