Tom Cruise Recreates Risky Business in Talk Show Tunnel

Tom Cruise made a memorable appearance on "The Jennifer Hudson Show," surprising the staff with a recreation of his iconic "Risky Business" dance. The talk show features a pre-show segment called the Spirit Tunnel, where staff line a hallway and sing a customized song to welcome guests. Cruise, aware of the show's tradition, enthusiastically participated, donning black sunglasses and dancing to a remix of "Old Time Rock and Roll."

The staff's song riffed on the 1983 film's famous scene, where Cruise famously danced in his underwear and shades. Their version celebrated Cruise as a cinema legend. This appearance served as part of the promotional tour for Cruise's latest film, "Digger," directed by Alejandro G. Iñárritu, which was scheduled for release on Friday, October 2. The full interview aired on Wednesday, September 24, 2026.
