In a video posted online, Cruise is shown joining Allen on the dance floor as the DJ plays hits like "Candy" by Cameo and "Before I Let Go" by Maze & Frankie Beverley. The two were joined by other stars such as Jenifer Lewis and Allen's sister Phylicia Rashad, creating an energetic atmosphere.
Cruise and Allen are set to receive their honorary Oscars during the main ceremony on Sunday night at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in Hollywood. They will be honored alongside production designer Wynn Thomas. Country music icon Dolly Parton will also be presented with the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award, though she is not expected to attend due to health issues.
