Tiger Shroff Sells Mumbai Flat for Rs 9 Crore

Actor Tiger Shroff has sold a residential apartment in Mumbai's Khar West for Rs 9 crores, with the transaction registered on October 22, 2026. The property is situated on the ninth floor of Rustomjee Paramount and encompasses a carpet area of 1,291.14 square feet.

Shroff had initially acquired this apartment from Keystone Realtors Private Limited on July 17, 2018, for Rs 7.61 crores. He officially took possession of the property on November 30, 2019. This recent sale is part of a series of property transactions undertaken by the actor in Mumbai and Pune.

Earlier in 2025, Tiger Shroff had sold another apartment in the same Rustomjee Paramount project for Rs 15.6 crores, reportedly yielding a gain of nearly 31%. Prior to that, in March 2026, he sold a residential property in Pune's Hadapsar for Rs 8.87 crores, a deal that represented an 18.3% return on investment.

The actor, known for his action roles and dance, also recently experienced a firing incident in Mumbai's Juhu area on October 18, where he narrowly escaped unharmed.
