The highly anticipated film 'Tere Ishk Mein,' featuring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon, has cleared the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with minimal alterations. The film received a U/A 16+ certificate, with only one 'obscene' word in a dialogue being replaced, while its intensely romantic and action-packed scenes remain untouched.
The movie's extensive runtime of 169 minutes (2 hours, 49 minutes, and 17 seconds) did not warrant any visual cuts from the censors. Additionally, mandatory insertions like the anti-smoking static message and blurring of liquor brand labels were also required.
The trailer launch event saw the presence of the entire cast and crew, including director Aanand L Rai. Dhanush, engaging with the audience, humorously downplayed his character's traits and shared his candid views on love.
