Summary
- Film earnings jumped 25% on Tuesday after a 54% drop.
- It has surpassed Raksha Bandhan's domestic collection.
- Hindi version accounts for Rs 67.25 crore of total earnings.

Aanand L Rai's romantic drama, Tere Ishk Mein, starring Dhanush and Kriti Sanon, has demonstrated remarkable resilience at the box office. After a significant 54% dip in earnings on Monday, the film saw a 25% surge on Tuesday, indicating a strong rebound in its crucial first week. This unexpected recovery has captured industry attention.
The film's trajectory has been noteworthy, especially in the absence of major competition prior to an upcoming release. Tere Ishk Mein has already surpassed the lifetime domestic earnings of Kriti Sanon's last theatrical outing, Crew, and Rai's 2022 film Raksha Bandhan. The Hindi version is the primary contributor to its success, accounting for approximately Rs 67.25 crore of the total Rs 71 crore collected.
Despite Dhanush's popularity in the South, the dubbed Tamil version contributed Rs 3.75 crore. The film's performance highlights the unpredictable nature of audience turnout post-opening weekend. As it heads towards increased competition, its sustained momentum will be key to its future box office prospects.
