Summary
- Dubbed version of Malayalam film 'Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra' found appreciation in Telugu
- Straight Telugu version may not have been as well-received, says producer Naga Vamsi
- Unpredictable Telugu audiences recently surprised with hits like 'Little Hearts'

According to producer Naga Vamsi, the Telugu-dubbed version of the Malayalam superhero film 'Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra', titled 'Kotha Lokah', has found appreciation from audiences. However, Vamsi believes that the same film might not have been as well-received if it had been made directly in Telugu.
During a discussion with actor Ravi Teja and director Kalyan Shankar, Vamsi explained that Telugu audiences can be highly critical of films. "If Lokah was straight made into Telugu, people would have found countless ways to criticise it. They would have said there's a lag in the narrative, there is no flow etc. Nobody would have watched it," he said.
