12 Nov
Summary
- Whitney Leavitt breaks down in tears over failed friendships with castmates
- Other wives unsympathetic, with some rolling eyes and sighing during emotional scene
- Season 3 to dive deeper into clash between "MomTok" and "DadTok" factions

As the third season of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives prepares to premiere on November 13, 2025, the show is already generating major drama amongst the cast. In an exclusive preview clip, cast member Whitney Leavitt is seen breaking down in tears as she addresses the tensions and struggles to rebuild relationships with her fellow Mormon wives.
Leavitt, who was at the center of a "villain arc" last season, expresses her exhaustion in trying to mend these fractured friendships. "I did want genuine friendships, and it never got to that point," she says, her voice trembling with emotion. "And I'm exhausted." Leavitt goes on to explain that "friend breakups can genuinely be harder than freaking boyfriend breakups and spousal breakups."
However, Leavitt's emotional vulnerability is not met with much sympathy from the other wives. In the clip, several of her castmates, including Mikayla Matthews and Mayci Neeley, are shown sighing and rolling their eyes as Leavitt breaks down. Matthews even states bluntly, "Normally, I feel bad when people cry, but I don't feel bad at all."
The new season of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is set to dive deeper into the ongoing clash between the established "MomTok" and "DadTok" factions within the group. As the ladies continue to grapple with their friendships and loyalties, viewers can expect more drama and tension to unfold.
