In a recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show, pop superstar Taylor Swift has opened up about her engagement to NFL player Travis Kelce. The couple got engaged in August, with Kelce surprising Swift by setting up an elaborate garden proposal during a recording session for his podcast.

While promoting her new album, "The Life of a Showgirl," Swift shared that the project was a secret passion project that helped sustain her during her marathon Eras Tour last year. The singer was physically exhausted and sick during the tour, but the new album kept her motivated.

Swift also reflected on the emotional moment she was able to buy back the rights to her entire back catalog of master recordings, a lifelong dream she had been working towards. She and Kelce were both in tears when the deal was finalized, as Swift had been determined to regain control of her music.

The singer said she is now focused on promoting "The Life of a Showgirl" before turning her attention to wedding planning with Kelce. While the new album is less personal than her previous work, Swift feels she has grown as an artist and can now "do anything" vocally, including higher choruses and more complex vocal techniques.
