The agency seeks to determine if Paul's three children, shared with ex-husband Tate Paul and ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen, should be classified as abused, neglected, or dependent. The petition also requests protective supervision and the appointment of a guardian ad litem.

Adding to the complexity, Taylor's ex-husband, Tate Paul, has renewed his efforts for a restraining order. He submitted new evidence, including text messages and call logs, related to her mental health and interactions with her ex-boyfriend. A source close to Taylor dismissed this as an attempt to derail her career, noting she had recently cared for her children without incident.

Paul also recently shared that her stint in rehab was for mental health support and not substance abuse, emphasizing that treatment facilities serve various needs. She expressed a desire to reset and step away from the spotlight amidst mounting pressure.
