Taylor Frankie Paul Considers Departure From 'Mormon Wives'

Taylor Frankie Paul has suggested she might depart from the Hulu series 'The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives'. This comes as other cast members, Mikayla Matthews, Dakota Mortensen, and Jordan Ngatikaura, are not returning after season six. Paul shared a statement on Instagram on September 21, 2026, expressing her gratitude to networks but stating she does not wish to move forward in the current capacity. She noted she is returning to her original willingness to be removed to allow others to proceed with less stress.

Production for the recently aired season five was halted after a 2023 video surfaced showing Paul and her on-off boyfriend, Mortensen, in a physical altercation. Paul, who shares a 2-year-old child with Mortensen, had pleaded guilty to a third-degree felony count of aggravated assault following her domestic violence arrest at the time and has since completed her probation.
