In an exciting development, acclaimed actor Taron Egerton is set to lead the cast of the upcoming comedy thriller 'Everybody Wants To F*ck Me'. Joining Egerton in the film is actress Jessica Henwick, who will co-star in the project.
The film, a co-production between Studiocanal, LuckyChap, Film4 and Parkville Pictures, is set to explore the world of modern dating in London. Directed by Jonathan Schey, who also wrote the script, the movie is scheduled to begin shooting in the UK capital next month.
Studiocanal will be handling the worldwide sales for the film at the upcoming American Film Market, with plans to release it theatrically in their territories, including the UK, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Benelux and Poland. The project is fully financed by Studiocanal and Film4, with the latter also having developed the script.
Parkville Pictures, a Sundance Award winner, and the Academy Award-winning LuckyChap are co-producing the film. Cecilia Frugiuele and Olivier Kaempfer will oversee the production for Parkville Pictures.
