Tamil Music Maestro Anirudh Honored with Prestigious Kalaimamani Award

In September 2025, the Government of Tamil Nadu announced the Kalaimamani Awards for the years 2021, 2022, and 2023. Leading music director Anirudh Ravichander was selected as the recipient of the Best Music Composer award for the year 2023.

Anirudh Ravichander, one of the most popular music composers of his generation, expressed his gratitude for this recognition. He emphasized that this award is not just his personal achievement, but a testament to the pride of the Tamil music industry as a whole. Anirudh humbly accepted the honor, stating, "This award is not just mine, it is ours."
