Stallone's Affair Led to Breakup with Jennifer Flavin: Memoir Out Soon

Action star Sylvester Stallone recently shared previously undisclosed personal struggles, including bulimia, steroid abuse, and a harsh upbringing, in an interview preceding the September 29, 2026, release of his memoir, The Steps. These revelations shed light on past traumas that influenced his adult relationships.

Stallone's past infidelity came to light when he had an affair with supermodel Janice Dickinson. This occurred while his long-term partner, Jennifer Flavin, was anticipating starting a family with him. He ended their relationship via a FedExed letter after believing Dickinson was pregnant with his child.

Jennifer Flavin expressed shock at the breakup, noting they had been discussing children and family names. Stallone later admitted to being a "coward" for not ending the relationship face-to-face. He and Flavin eventually reconciled after a paternity test revealed he was not the father of Dickinson's child.

Following their reconciliation, Stallone and Flavin married in 1997 and welcomed three daughters: Sophia Rose, Sistine Rose, and Scarlet Rose. They experienced a brief period of separation, filing for divorce in August 2022, but withdrew the filing a month later and have since reconciled, celebrating their 29th anniversary in May 2026.
