5 Sep
Summary
- Prince Harry is reportedly making a film about his late mother, Princess Diana.
- Meghan Markle honored her late friend Gloria Steinem with a touching tribute.
- The Duke and Duchess are back in the UK with their children.
Speculation surrounds the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's recent return to the UK with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. This move marks a surprising U-turn for the couple, who left royal duties in 2020 for a life in the US. Reports, citing former royal chef Darren McGrady and Daily Mail editor Richard Kay, suggest a primary reason for their visit is Prince Harry's alleged film project about his late mother, Princess Diana.
Filming may be taking place at Althorp Estate, the Spencer family home. Harry has reportedly been contacting friends and acquaintances of Diana for contributions to the film, which aligns with the 30th anniversary of her death next year. This project is expected to occupy much of Harry's focus over the coming 12 months.
During their low-profile return, Meghan was moved to break her silence following the death of her friend, feminist activist Gloria Steinem, on September 2, 2026. Meghan shared a previously unseen photograph of Prince Archie with Gloria, recalling their close bond. She remembered Gloria's wisdom and wit, highlighting her profound impact on her friends and family, especially their children.
