Suspense Thriller 'Niram' Explores Shifting Shades of Human Nature

In the upcoming suspense thriller 'Niram', debutant director Krishna Balaram is set to explore the shifting shades of human nature. The film, which is scheduled for release in the near future, follows a young man entangled in a criminal case against the backdrop of a hospital and college campus.

The director has assembled an impressive cast, with Mugen Rao, Preethi Asrani, and Tanya Hope taking on the lead roles. Elaborating on the title, Krishna Balaram explains that 'Niram' reflects the changing colors of human behavior, much like a chameleon. The story begins with a conflict between the three characters, with Mugen Rao playing a doctor, Preethi Asrani a college student, and Tanya Hope the daughter of a doctor and a multi-millionaire.

To capture the raw emotions of the narrative, the filmmakers have employed a unique cinematic technique called 'bleach bypass'. This process, which is not commonly explored in Tamil cinema, is expected to lend a distinct tone and mood to the scenes. According to the director, this approach will bring out the natural essence of the story in a compelling manner. The film's music will be scored by the acclaimed composer D Imman.
