- Taurani later acquired music rights for two films starring Shetty.
- This incident taught Taurani valuable lessons about industry interactions.

In a candid conversation, music producer Ramesh Taurani recounted an embarrassing moment from the early 1990s involving actor Suniel Shetty. Taurani admitted to initially refusing to acquire music rights for films produced by Firoz Nadiadwala because one of them starred Suniel Shetty, who was then a newcomer.
Taurani explained that he had purchased music rights for two films, but when Nadiadwala announced three more, Taurani declined the additional ones due to Shetty's involvement. Shortly after, Suniel Shetty's secretary contacted Taurani, arranging a meeting where the actor personally requested Taurani not to generalize his dislike for the actor.
This encounter led Taurani to acquire the music rights for Shetty's subsequent films, Raghuveer (1995) and Takkar (1995), including the popular song 'Aankhon Mein Base Ho Tum.' Taurani reflected that this experience provided him with a crucial lesson on how to conduct himself within the film industry.
