A Spanish-language collaboration between Sting and Juan Luis Guerra has achieved a significant milestone, debuting at No. 24 on the Tropical Airplay chart dated March 21. This marks Sting's inaugural appearance on a Latin radio chart, where he sings entirely in Spanish. The track, 'Estrellitas y Duendes,' was initially released by Guerra in 1991 as part of his album Bachata Rosa.
The new rendition, released in November, also reached No. 9 on Latin Digital Song Sales. For Juan Luis Guerra, this charting represents a return to the Tropical Airplay list after his previous top 10 hit. Sting, with a career spanning decades, also recently collaborated with Argentinian duo Ca7riel & Paco Amoroso on 'Hasta Jesús Tuvo Un Mal Día.'
