Tucci's Wife: His Rock Through Cancer Battle

Stanley Tucci has publicly praised his wife, Felicity Blunt, for her immense support during his battle with throat cancer in 2017. At the time of his diagnosis, Felicity was pregnant with their daughter, Emilia, yet she managed the family's needs while Tucci required a feeding tube for six months.

The cancer treatment, which included radiation and chemotherapy, significantly affected Tucci's vocal cords, jeopardizing his ability to speak. He underwent a lengthy recovery, during which his mouth remained highly sensitive, and he had to avoid carbonated and spicy foods. His voice was notably altered, a consequence of the tumor at the base of his tongue.

Tucci, who also lost his first wife to cancer, initially hesitated to marry Felicity due to their 21-year age difference. However, he found a deep sense of security and positivity in their relationship, stating she changed his life and provided stability for him and his children from his previous marriage. They now have two children together, Matteo and Emilia.
