Ssunita Ahuja, Krushna & Kashmera: Ice broken on TV

Ssunita Ahuja, wife of Bollywood actor Govinda, recently appeared on the upcoming episode of Laughter Chefs 3, leading to an emotional reunion with nephew Krushna Abhishek and his wife Kashmera Shah. This meeting signifies a thaw in a long-standing public feud between the families.

During the show's taping, Krushna was visibly emotional upon Ssunita's arrival, hugging her and touching her feet while noting the 14 years that have passed. Kashmera also expressed apologies to Ssunita.

Following the reunion, Ssunita stated that the "enmity is over" and that they have forgiven each other, now focusing on their professional commitments. She mentioned doing it for work, implying a pragmatic approach to mending ties.

Krushna Abhishek shared that the channel had kept Ssunita's appearance a secret from him, Kashmera, and even host Bharti Singh. He described the moment as particularly significant for Kashmera, who had not seen Ssunita in about a decade.

He also fondly recalled his upbringing with Ssunita and Govinda, stating Ssunita practically raised him for eight years during their joint family days. The reconciliation, which had been pending behind closed doors, was brought to the stage by the television channel.

The rift between Krushna and Govinda reportedly stemmed from Govinda's displeasure over jokes made about him on television, leading Ssunita to distance herself. Past incidents, including a tweet by Kashmera and accusations regarding hospital visits, further escalated the tension. Ssunita had previously indicated an unwillingness to be associated with shows featuring Krushna and Kashmera.
