The combined monthly rent for these apartments is approximately Rs 24.15 lakh, with a lease agreement extending for 36 months, totaling nearly Rs 8.7 crore. The family is expected to reside here for about two years while Mannat is redeveloped.
Jackky Bhagnani recently shared his admiration for Khan's personal conduct, emphasizing his humility and attentiveness. He described Khan as someone who makes people feel entirely valued during interactions, a stark contrast to typical stardom stereotypes.
The temporary living space spans roughly 10,500 sq ft across four floors. While smaller than Mannat's 27,000 sq ft, it is designed to comfortably accommodate the family and their staff during this period.
