She, alongside her husband Hitesh Gurnani and father Mohan Seoram Dadlani, acquired three apartments in Mumbai's upscale Bandra neighborhood. The total value of this property acquisition amounts to ₹38.21 crore.
These apartments are situated in the Varun building on Carter Road, which is currently undergoing redevelopment. The transactions were officially registered on April 21, 2026. Each of the three units offers a spacious carpet area of 1,511.15 sq ft, complemented by an 81.16 sq ft balcony per unit, summing up to a considerable 4,776 sq ft for the entire purchase.
Construction of the Varun building is ongoing, with the developer aiming for possession to be granted by December 2028. The deal included six car parking spaces. Dadlani, known for managing Shah Rukh Khan since 2012, reportedly earns between ₹7 crore and ₹9 crore annually.
