Sreeja Konidela flees Dubai, declares safety amid tension

Sreeja Konidela, daughter of the renowned Indian actor Chiranjeevi, has recently moved to Dubai with her two daughters, Nivrithi and Navishka. She announced her relocation on March 1, 2026, sharing images of the Dubai skyline and expressing her solidarity with the country. Amid rising global tensions due to the US-Iran conflict, Sreeja used her Instagram Stories to confirm her and her daughters' safety.

She conveyed gratitude for the messages received and assured everyone that they are safe and well-protected in Dubai. Sreeja Konidela, born in 1988, has maintained a relatively low-profile life despite her family's fame, though her personal life has seen significant challenges. She is also known to assist her father in the film business.

Konidela's personal journey includes two marriages. Her first marriage, at age 19 in 2007, was to Sirish Bharadwaj, a union that reportedly occurred against her family's wishes. The couple had a daughter, Nivrithi, in 2008, but Sreeja later accused Bharadwaj of dowry harassment, leading to their divorce in 2014. Following this, she reconciled with her family.

In 2016, Sreeja married her childhood friend, actor Kalyaan Dhev. They welcomed a daughter, Navishka. However, their marriage reportedly faced difficulties, and by 2022, Sreeja had removed her husband's surname from her social media. Kalyaan Dhev publicly confirmed their separation in June 2023, stating he spent limited time with their daughter.
