Spider-Man: Beyond The Spider-Verse Delayed

The release of Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, the concluding chapter of the animated trilogy, has been rescheduled to summer 2027. This marks a substantial delay from its initially planned earlier release. Producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller have shared insights into the extensive development period required for the film.

Originally conceived as a single film, the story was expanded into two, necessitating additional time for narrative development. The producers are keenly aware of the high expectations stemming from the acclaimed first two films and feel the pressure to provide a strong conclusion to Miles Morales's saga.
