Spain is set to impress at the Cannes Film Festival with its "Where Talent Ignites" campaign, showcasing a vibrant audiovisual sector. Audiovisual From Spain, an initiative by ICEX, is debuting two new short films: "La Tarara," a fashion film starring Ingrid García-Jonsson, and "La Llama," which explores Spanish design through the creative universe of Jaime Hayon.
These films join Carla Simón's "Flamenco," previously shown at Rotterdam. "La Tarara" blends performance, design, and cinematic language, while "La Llama" frames Spanish design as an evolving, globally relevant language. The "Where Talent Ignites" campaign, extending into 2026, aims to position Spanish screen talent as a key part of a dynamic international creative ecosystem.
Following their Cannes premiere, "La Tarara," "La Llama," and "Flamenco" will continue their global tour. This strategic push underscores Spain's current momentum and commitment to fostering high-impact creative pieces that highlight national talent and excellence.
